Shop Purchase
Use your own Neopets shop to receive eligible Neopoints packages.
- Checkout calculates the required number of item copies.
- List one item at exactly 999,999 NP per copy.
- Provide your Neopets username, exact item name, and optionally the shop/listing URL.
- Keep the required copies listed until fulfillment is complete.
Loaded Shell Account
Receive eligible Neopoints on a separate account prepared for your order.
- Available on eligible packages priced at $10.00 or more.
- Packages of 100,000,000 NP or more require this method.
- One or more accounts may be used to cover the purchased amount.
- Credentials are released only on your private order page after fulfillment.
NP & NC Item Delivery
Items purchased from the item shop are fulfilled directly to the Neopets username on the order.
- Add the NP or NC item to your cart and complete checkout.
- Enter the Neopets username that should receive the item.
- The item delivery is tracked separately from any Neopoints packages in the same cart.
- Your private receipt shows fulfillment status for the full order.
What happens after you order
The checkout only asks for information needed by the delivery methods in your cart.
Choose your products
Add Neopoints packages, NP items, NC items, or a combination to your cart.
Select delivery
For Neopoints packages, choose an available delivery method. Some larger packages are automatically assigned to Loaded Shell Account delivery.
Enter delivery details
Provide the Neopets username and any Shop Purchase item information requested for your order.
Complete payment
Review the order total and complete payment through the available payment method.
Track fulfillment
Use the private order page to follow payment and fulfillment status. Loaded Shell credentials appear there when released.

If checkout says your order needs 10 copies, you stock 10 copies of the same item at exactly 999,999 NP each. Enter that item name during checkout and leave the listings available until the order is fulfilled.

When Loaded Shell Account delivery is used, the purchased Neopoints are assigned to one or more separate accounts. After fulfillment, the username, password, and PIN (when applicable) are displayed privately on your order page.
Mixed orders are handled per product
Your cart can contain different delivery types at the same time. A Neopoints package can use Shop Purchase, another eligible package can use Loaded Shell Account, and NP/NC store items can use direct item delivery in the same checkout.
Your order page keeps all of those parts under one order number while still tracking the delivery details needed for each portion.

- Save your private order link if checking out as a guest.
